 CONDITIONS OF SALE
Certified Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are accepted. Shipping charges will be added to your credit card according to weight plus a $7.50 UPS pick-up and handling fee. Company and personal checks will be accepted, but goods will not be shipped until your check clears the bank. Approximately 7 - 10 days. Call for estimated shipping charges - send extra - any unused money will be refunded with order. Discounts allowed on large quantities.

If you are interested in something, call and we can hold the item for 1 week until we receive your payment. Items sell fast. Telephone orders accepted 9 AM to 8 PM - 7 Days a week.
SHIPPING
Frozen items are sent UPS ground within a 500-mile radius. This insures the package will arrive in 2 days and skins are in good condition. Frozen items beyond 500 mile radius will be sent UPS 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day, again insuring the goods arrive in excellent condition. Dry tan, flesh and salted and non-perishable items can be shipped UPS ground. Parcel Post orders accepted. Only shipments within Continental USA will be made. In using this shipping policy, we can guarantee the good condition of skins upon arrival. We will not be held responsible for goods that have spoiled because no one was there to accept the package or loss due to acts of God.
RETURNED ITEMS
Only returned items authorized by us will be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by the original paperwork and will not be accepted unless received in resalable condition within 10 days of shipment. Skins that have been soaked or worked up are not returnable. Credit or refund will be applied to an authorized returned item minus any shipping and handling charges plus a 15% restock fee.
There may be an occasion when you receive an item that you wish to return that is not defective. Please be aware that such returns are costly to our company. It is because of this expense that we must charge a 15% restocking fee for returns of non-defective merchandise.
